External Keyboard Input and Shortcuts
External Keyboard Not Working with Luna Display or Astropad Studio?
If your external keyboard isn’t working, an iPad setting may be interfering.
Disable Full Keyboard Access
Full Keyboard Access lets you navigate the iPad with shortcuts instead of touch, but it can block keyboard input and shortcuts in Luna Display or Astropad Studio.
To turn it off:
- Open Settings on your iPad.
- Go to Accessibility > Keyboards.
- Toggle Full Keyboard Access off.
Your keyboard should now work properly!
