About your Astropad Studio account

Is my Studio account the same as my Apple ID?

No, your Astropad Studio account registration allows you to log into Astropad Studio from any iPad. Your Apple ID (App Store/iTunes account) is only used for subscription payment.

We do not have access to your payment information if your subscription was set up through the App Store. We are unable to handle receipts, payments, and Apple ID info as it can only be done through Apple’s App Store system.

How do I reset the password for my Studio account?

To reset your password, go to the Astropad Studio account management website and click forgot password. Enter the email associated with your Astropad Studio account and follow the password reset instructions sent to your email.           

Can I use Astropad on another Computer or iPad?

Each Astropad user is required to have their own license and account. An individual user can install Astropad on up to two iPads and up to two computers (PC or Mac), but both cannot be used at the same time.

Can I upgrade from Astropad Standard to Astropad Studio?

Yes! We can apply the cost of Astropad Standard to your first year of an Astropad Studio subscription. This can only be done with Astropad Studio subscriptions purchased directly from our website instead of the App Store.

Please contact us with a screenshot or copy of the App Store receipt for the Astropad Standard purchase so that we can assist you with the upgrade process.
