Managing Your Astropad Studio Subscription

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store:

If your subscription was purchased through the App Store, you’ll need to manage it directly on your iPhone or iPad. Apple handles all billing, cancellations, and refunds.

We do not have access to your payment, receipt, or Apple ID information. All changes must go through Apple directly.

If you subscribed through our website:

If you purchased your subscription through our website, you can manage your subscription at the Astropad Studio Account Management page. Just enter the email address you used to subscribe.

You can also check your subscription status at any time by logging into your Astropad Studio account and clicking on Subscription at the top.
