Cancel Astropad Studio Subscription

Via the Apple App Store:

If you set up your subscription through the App Store, cancelling your subscription and requesting a refund must be done via your iPhone or iPad. More information is available from Apple here

We do not have access to your payment information if your subscription was set up through the App Store. We are unable to handle receipts, payments, and Apple ID info as these can only be done through Apple’s App Store platform.

Via our web store:

If your subscription was set up through our website, go to the Astropad Studio account management website and enter the email used to subscribe to Astropad Studio.

       

You can also check the status of your subscription by logging in here with your Astropad Studio account details and clicking Subscription at the top.
