Refunds and Returns - iPad Accessories

When purchased from our website, our products may be exchanged or returned for a refund within 30 days from date of delivery. You will have 30 days after receiving your product to request a return.

To start a return, please fill out this form with your original order number. If your return is accepted, instructions will be sent to you by a member of our Support Team. 

• US returns: A return label will be emailed to you, and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund once your return is received and processed by our warehouse.
• EU/ UK returns: The customer is responsible for generating a return label. The return must include the order number and the customer’s name inside the package. 

Shipping charges are not refundable. We are not able to accept returns for items purchased from third-party sellers.

If you purchased your product from Amazon or another reseller you will need to contact them to initiate a return and refund and will need to adhere to their return and refund policy.
