Accessories Refunds and Returns

Accessories may be returned for a refund within 15 days from the date of delivery. You will have 15 days after receiving your purchase to request a return.

To start a return, please contact our customer experience team with your original order number. Return instructions will be provided if your return request is accepted. If applicable, a refund will be issued once your return is received and processed by our warehouse.

Shipping charges are not refundable. The shipping charges to return the easel will also be deducted from the refund amount.
