Quick Start Guide
- Connect to the Same Network
- Ensure your primary Windows PC and secondary device (iPad or Mac) are connected to the same Wi-Fi, Thunderbolt, USB (for iPad only), or Ethernet network within the Windows Network Settings. If it says "Not Connected", your devices are not connecting properly and further troubleshooting is needed.
- Install Luna Display on Your Primary PC
- Download and install the Luna Display app from our official site: lunadisplay.com/app
- Open the app and follow the prompts to plug in your Luna Display hardware. Necessary drivers will install automatically, and your PC might require a restart.
- If you receive an error such as "Something went wrong", Error 1403, Error 1622, etc. try installing iTunes on your PC and trying again. This will install the proper drivers that may have failed to install via Luna Display.
Your privacy matters: Luna Display never stores or records your data or screen content. - Install Luna Display on Your Secondary Device
- Download and open the Luna Secondary app on your iPad or Mac: lunadisplay.com/win
- Connect Your Secondary Device
- iPad: Wi-Fi or USB cable
- Mac: Wi-Fi, Thunderbolt, or Ethernet
- If prompted, grant permission to connect devices each time the following message pops up (this will appear after a reset):
Your setup is complete! Luna Display will now automatically connect.
- Customize Your Display Setup
- Use the Luna Display Settings window to adjust your display layout and settings.
