Set up an Astropad Studio account through the App Store

To use Astropad Studio, you will need to make a user account by entering your email address and setting a password. Your user license for Astropad Studio will be tied to this account.

If you're a new user, open the Astropad Studio app on your iPad and tap the Get Started button to create your user account. If you're a returning user and have an existing account login, tap Log In.

    

Get Started with Astropad Studio

Once you tap the Get Started button, the next step is to choose a subscription plan.

Astropad Studio starts with a 30-day free trial and then reverts to a monthly subscription or a yearly (annual) subscription, depending on which plan you choose. The subscription will activate as soon as the trial is over, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial.

Once you choose your subscription plan, enter the email address you want to use and create a password, then click Continue. The email address does not have to be the same as your Apple ID (the Apple ID is just used for subscription payment).

 Review your account details on the next page, then tap Subscribe.

    

About your Astropad Studio subscription

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID/iTunes Account when you confirm your purchase. We do not manage any payments or payment information on purchases made through the Apple App Store.

Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or subscription period.

     

Log in to your Astropad Studio account

To use Astropad Studio, log in to your account using the email address and password 

      

Forgot your Password?

Your Astropad Studio account password can always be reset. At the login screen, click “Forgot your password?” in the upper right corner.

Enter the email tied to your user account, and click “Reset Password”. If the correct email was used, a confirmation will arrive in your inbox.
