How to Factory Reset the Luna Display Apps

Factory resetting the Luna app will set preferences back to the original settings and can resolve any abnormal app behavior such as random disconnects and non-responsive touch.

Resetting the Luna Mac App

Quit the Luna app on your Mac.

While holding down the option key, open the Luna app. You should be prompted to reset.

Resetting the Luna Windows App

Click on the " ☰" to open the Luna Display Preferences

Click on the General tab, and then click Suggested Settings. You should be prompted to reset.
