How does shipping work?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, though we are seeing some shipping delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic, still in 2022. We ship with DHL Global Mail Services: DHL picks up the package from our US fulfillment center and transports the package to the destination country*. The package is then transferred to the local postal service for final delivery. Expedited shipping orders are shipped with FedEx.

US Domestic Orders

US sales tax will vary depending on your state and are calculated at checkout. Standard shipping orders usually take 3 to 5 business days to be delivered once orders have shipped.

International Orders

Shipping rates will vary depending on your country and are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to your country's import fees, duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees. Customers are responsible for these fees. Standard shipping orders usually take 14-21 business days to be delivered once shipped, although some orders may take longer due to COVID-19 impacts.
We do not mark packages as gifts.
*We have a fulfillment center in the UK that will fulfill orders shipped to the UK and EU. Any VAT or fees pertinent to a specific country in these regions will be calculated at checkout. For all other countries, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees to release packages from customs.     

What should I do if my order was not delivered?

If your order has not arrived or if tracking shows as delivered but you did not receive anything, contact your local postal service first to see if they have any information about the package. If your local post is unable to help, contact us with your order number for further assistance.
