Mac-to-iPad Mode — Where is my Mac top bar menu on my iPad?

When you're running Luna Display, and the top menu bar is missing on the iPad side, check General or Mission Control settings under your Mac's System Preferences.

macOS 11.6.7 (Big Sur) and Earlier

Under System Preferences > General, ensure that the box for "Automatically hide and show the menu bar" is not checked.

Under System Preferences > Mission Control, ensure that "Displays have Separate Spaces" is checked.

If this is not checked, click the box to check it, and log out of your Mac.

macOS 12.0.1 (Monterey) and Later

Under System Preferences > Dock & Menu Bar, ensure that the box for "Automatically hide and show the menu bar" is not checked.

Under System Preferences > Mission Control, ensure that "Displays have Separate Spaces" is checked.

If this is not checked, click the box to check it, and log out of your Mac.
